We all dream of beautiful young-looking skin. Some of our bodies natural aging process is wrinkles, fine lines, crow’s feet, laughing lines, and dark under eyes. There is no way to stop aging however there are a few things we can do at home to delay the process and treat already their symptoms to make them not appear so bad. You don’t need expensive items to make these homemade face masks they are just items most people would find in their kitchen or local supermarket for just a few dollars.
Once women hit over 30 they start going crazy with the anti-aging creams and expensive not to mention painful procedures with extensive healing times. There is so much controversy over whether these creams really work at all or whether its just mind over matter thinking that makes it appear to be working.
The egg mask
You will need 1 egg, ½ teaspoon milk cream and one teaspoon of lemon juice. All that is required to do is just mix all together and apply to the face gentle then leave it sit for around 15 minutes then rinse with water.
For best results you should apply this once every three days.
Egg white is fantastic for anti-aging it contains all the fatty acids, zinc and protein.
The egg white will tighten the skin creating a form and smooth finish.
Potato and carrot mask
You need for this just 1 carrot, 1 small potato and small pinch of turmeric and some baking soda.
Just boil the potato and the carrot then mash them to create a paste like form. Then add the turmeric and baking soda and add a little water to get a smooth paste. Apply to the face and leave for 20 minutes.
This face soak is best washed off with warm water. This should be repeated twice a week. Carrots are high in vitamin A this helps to boost the collagen in the skin. The collagen creates the skin to be tight which will help to prevent wrinkles. The potato is good for anti-aging as it helps to fade wrinkles making them less obvious and helps to even out your skin tone.
You will need 3 tablespoons of yummy coconut milk, some cotton balls.
Just soak the cotton in the mil and smooth it over your face in an outwards direction.
Leave on for around 15 minutes then rise with lukewarm water. This is best done a few times a week. Coconut milk has inflammatory properties and antioxidants that help keep wrinkles away.
Avocado face mask
All you need is just 1 fresh avocado. Be sure to remove the pit and mash the avocado into a paste. Smooth onto skin with clean hands and leave for about 15 minutes and rise off with cool water.
This is best being used twice a week. Avocados contain vitamin E and carotenoids that keep skin free from fine lines and damage.
You will need just 3 strawberries. Mash these until it is free on lumps. You can then apply to the face and leave it for 10 minutes then rise with clean water.
This can be done twice a week. These fruits are packed with antioxidants which will help to keep away the signs of aging. The coarseness will help to remove dead sin cells and even out the tone in your face.
With regular se you will start to see wrinkles and age spots fade.
