So many people got worried thinking that I was dying because the weight came off unexpectedly. I was really happy and I couldn’t wait to join college after I started getting rid of my biggest embarrassment. During this period though, I still hadn’t learned about nutrition. The foods in college, drinks, and no exercises gained me 295 pounds at 22 when I was graduating.

I started my first job and I had to change people’s opinion on me. I don’t know where the determination came from because I was really determined to make a change. I resorted to fitness and healthy diet. I could see the results coming slowly and that is exactly when I knew what I wanted.

It is very important that you find a balance. Life has never been easy since I made that decision. I always try to weigh between being happy and staying fit.
