The foods in college, drinks, and no exercises gained me 295 pounds at 22 when I was graduating.

I started my first job and I had to change people’s opinion on me. I don’t know where the determination came from because I was really determined to make a change. I resorted to fitness and healthy diet. I could see the results coming slowly and that is exactly when I knew what I wanted.
